She made me feel relaxed as she discussed my goals both with my diet and my lack of exercise due to bad joints and how best to achieve them. I quickly decided to sign up for personal training sessions with her. Her help and support has boosted my confidence and after only 3 weeks following the plan she wrote up for me I am now able to carry out exercises that I could not achieve on my first visit and she has been able to increase my programme. For the first time in over a decade not only am I eating small regular meals I really feel that I will definitely be committing to the gym and with a lot of help and support from Anna Maria I know I will achieve all my targets. I have been working with Anna Maria for nearly 10 months, meeting once per week for a PT session. In that time my fitness and core strength has improved dramatically. Anna Maria is the first personal trainer/coach I’ve come across who’s actually interested in me. She gives me confidence because she knows her stuff inside out – both from the fitness and nutrition sides. She works with me to encourage me and sets realistic targets. As a ‘mature woman’ I sometimes felt with other trainers just ran the same routine with me as they did everyone else but Anna Maria clearly thinks about what my personal needs are. Being a young fit man in my twenties, the last thing that I thought I would benefit from would be a personal trainer. Due to Anna Maria’s enthusiasm and interest in my programme I came to the conclusion that there was possibly a better way to approach the content of my session. As someone who always works as hard as possible in the gym I found it hard to comprehend why my progress had consistently slowed since I had started training. Anna Maria offered me several different programme options that would get me on track to achieve my goals. Not only did the results restore a more self satisfying level of progress but also opened new targets that previously seemed almost unachievable.

I find Anna Maria’s approach varies to compliment how I feel in each session I have with her. She seems to have a knack for knowing exactly just what I have left in the tank which enables her to get the best out of me. I would encourage anyone, regardless of their goals, to try a session as I believe the knowledge and advice I gained in my first session to have redefined how I approach fitness.

I have been training with Anna Maria for over a year now and am over joyed with the results!! I am also very impressed with the level of support and advice available. I wanted to work on losing some excess weight but mainly wanted to work on gaining strength and toning up as well as improving my flexibility. Given everything I wanted to work on and the fact that I hadn’t done any exercise since school I was worried that training would be too much physically, after speaking with Anna Maria, we soon sussed out my limits and worked on simple goals and she came up with tailor-made training sessions based on all the elements I wanted to work on (I have had several different sessions now and have thoroughly enjoyed each of them) and gradually increased the intensity at a rate I was comfortable with. If you are looking to start training I would definitely recommend getting in touch and setting up a meeting with Anna Maria she is very easy to talk to and her friendly yet professional manner will put any doubts you may have at ease!
