Here’s the recipe for 2 glasses to start you off with your juicer. Use this as a base and adjust to taste if required. Easy to store in the fridge for short-term use or freeze in batches.

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 good bunch of Kale
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1/2 lemon (rind on ok if wax free)
  • one small knob (about ½ inch or less) of ginger root
  • 2 granny smith apples (gala is good too)
